Didn't hardly have to clean my bike... Someone turned the rinse cycle on when we got into Crescent/Gilcrest, it was POURING down rain. All I had to do was wipe it down afterward.

Lane splitting would be great in Portland and maybe even Salem or Eugene at rush hour, but it would just get riders killed in Bend. No one around here is smart enough to catch on to it and the whole principle requires cagers to be alert.

Good to see some peeps around to ride with. I currently own an 08 Honda XR650L8 that I am going to trade someone (hopefully today) for some cash plus their 93 CBR900RR. I can't wait to get out and ride it!!

Hit me up sometime for rides. I'm self employed so have a pretty flexible schedule. I should note that I am a novice rider, not into any of the BS. I'm looking for someone SAFE to ride with. No psycho's!

Probably not most people's cup of tea, but I take two novice riders out every Sunday and sometimes during the week we ride as well. The thing is we're all female so I know it's a little weird for a guy to go on a "girls ride" but they are novice and we all ride pretty safe.

Anyway, until classes start up again I'm fairly free to ride almost any time, excluding Saturdays and any days I'm flying.

Hi everybody...

I have lived in Bend pretty much my entire life. 6 years ago I tired of the influx of people and went into hiding over in the East side of the state. Moved over to Madras a year ago and thats where I'm currently at. I used to manage the parts department at Bend Recreation years ago. Been riding bikes since the age of 5. Currently riding a very tricked out Kawasaki ZRX1100. I'm leaving in two days for the Sound Rider Rally in Stevenson, Washington for 4 days and then it's back home for a couple of days before I leave for Baker City and the ZRXOA Rally

Recently was laid off my job here in Madras so I signed up to go back to COCC in Redmond and brush up on my welding skills. I have lots of time for riding and know all the good roads around. Ran the Aufderheide three weeks ago and 2 of our group managed to make it back to town in the back of a ambulance. It was a bad day to say the least. At least they are both doing well and on the road to a complete recovery.

Hit me up if your ever in the mood for a ride. I prefer running the twisties.

Hey everyone, local Bend rider here. Used to be riding around my '04 ZX6r 636- loved that bike, but got rid of it to pay some bills.

I spent the last year and a half building my new bike, it's slow, but still fun. Check it out, and I hope some of us can meet up together for a ride. I'm trying to find another cheap metric bike for my wife as well, so I can teach her to ride.
