Damn that James has a sick looking White SM, something tells me he is going to have the fastest lap time and the local Richland track this year for SM guys, but I am sure Terry will give him a good fight.

nice pics. I'd like the edited one better if you put a gradiant on the background blur so the focal plane along the ground was still in focus. That way he wouldn't look like he and the bike were floating.

Jim... yeah you MUST give this a whirl... its really the most fun we've had on 2 wheels... Short of the high speed and adrenaline, it has so much of the same aspects of road racing. Its so much fun to get in and ride close with your buddies, bumping elbows and dicing it out. James and I came up and rode the Spokane Kart track today and it ROCKED!! Ok the track surface is cracked and bumpy as heck but once you say F**k it and put your head down and let it rip, ignore the chattering and sliding front end and just give it more throttle and find your rythem, that track really gets fun A longer track than horn rapids, much tighter. When we were dicing it james and I were side by side bumping bikes and elbows through T1,2,3 and drag racing for 4.. We rode from 10-1:30 today and were poooooped... Just him and I and a local guy named Glen, not pics from there but great times... Left Spokane with huge grins...

Willie and Central SM crew... We MUST do a group road trip for this track.... would be a hoot... Do like we did this weekend... ride the Horn Saturday, go up and stay at the Days Inn (old microtel) go out saturday night the rip it up at the track on Sunday.... too much fun for one weekend !!

This sport rocks... I really can't say enough about it... I'll never quit riding my Gixxer, doing track days or road racing but this sport is the best of all worlds.

Well lets see, its a weekend coming up so I'm assuming we'll at least do it one day... If Synn is planning on coming out Sunday we might do a Sunday for a change so we can ride with her...

We need to plan a road to trip to Spokane soon... go up after a day at the horn and Synn and any other Saturday workers get off work, head to Spokane, check in, go downtown, then rock the track on Sunday... Surfing Asphalt rocks!

Adam is going to borrow my 450 and beat this coming weekend since I will be in S. Dakota renting a mc and seeing the black hills.

If he get's over here and and changes her tires and brakes bake to SM.

I don't care who rides my bike, I maintain it very well and they won't beat her near as hard as I do, besides I drop it all the time anyway.

last tourney of the summer I think/hope... so I'll miss this weekend... but will be out the next time!!! (so no huge gathering this weekend... it's to hard to focous in net while ya'll are out on the track

Brian is right, there is usually only one or 2 karts and they only run 20% of the day.

The rest of the day we do 30 minute sessions over and over again.

Alot of riders leave the track from fatigue before the checkers are ever thrown !

At $30 a track day, this is VERY affordable fun.

may have to head out there, tough schedule with my sons racing at this time. Pats Acers in Sep. and then Flat Track starts in Oct. along with the last couple of motard races in Monroe. kid has more track time then me

I can make it over there, This Sunday could work for me. What riding gear? Looks like road racing leathers and gloves with MX boots and helmet. I really would like to try it for a few laps.
