Wink TWT on 7-22, pic's
The wheel lead us on a tour of North Kitsap, Clear Creek to Port Gamble and out to Hansville. Seems Kitsap County is under construction, several roads were closed. So we missed the Hansville cork screw . Back down through Suquamish to Poulsbo. On to Keyportand Brownsville. With a Dinner stp at Mcleods.

We got to see Tina's new sweet Buell Blast
All in all a fine ride on a nice evening
Thanks Brian, for the lead
A few Pic's from our pit stop in Hansville

Ride safe and see ya next week

Wheel of randomness is going to give way to a rider request up the back side of the canal and into Port Townsend. There is a pretty good grub spot at the Public House. Will probably slide out the back side of Discovery bay from down town, should be at least a 100 miler.

This one is gonna be special, we are out via Manchester to the Vashon ferry, gonna do a couple of laps around the island and then back out via slab or manchester for those that feel it. Come with a full tank of gas and ready to pay for the ferry. Hunting a good place to eat on the island. we will see what is open.

Good ride, 8 to the island, 4 for the dark ride home. the island at dusk/dark has some really fun turns and twists to it. Note to self that sharp left up out of Tacoma side is sharper than it looks ! Either that or 30 is probably too hot for that corner. back side of Manchester is always fun as the night sets in. Good times.

Spinning the wheel of randonmess for next week, chime in before Sunday if you have a fav ride.

Slab and eat
Gonna be a long one this week . Going to slab out to Sequim. Goal is to be at the 101 Diner before they close for dinner at 8;00. 50's decor and kitsche a good fun ride. Depending on mood back, we may get some twisties through Quilcene or up Dungeness Bay way. Come with a full tank of gas and ready to roll at 630. Bring your sunglasses, we will be heading right into it if the sky is clear. See ya there.

Sounds like a sweet ride. I wish I could make it. Getting ready to take a long run the end of the week down the Columbia river, Stonehenge and on to Hells Canyon. After that I'll pick my next destination the end of each day. I'm taking my Moto Guzzi California EV Touring for this ride. Should end up around 2500 miles after my planned week on the road. It would be fun to travel on the Street Triple, but she wasn't made for really long hauls. The Goose can carry a ton of gear if needed. I'll see you all as soon as I return and let you know how the trip went. By the way, I had a great time on the last ride with you all. It was good meeting everyone. I look forward to the next get together. Until then... take care.

Two questions...

How fast does the group travel?

Will you be hitting nice twisties I can lean far far over on at high rates of speed?

Sequim ride tonight? 8/12/08?

..well 3 questions...

1. Usually no more than 5 to 10 over the speed limit.
2. There's always twisties, but see above about speed.
3. Yes, tonight is Sequim.
