This is what scares me, Please Please Please learn your capabilities before putting yourself in that position. This is a must because if your following pretty close and the guy in front knows his stopping distance and jamms breaks in front of you, you "should" be able to stop in time. The one thing that really scares me is getting "ass packed" when slowing or stopping.

a great tip i got from some exp. riders is if your new to motorcycles or just got a new bike is to go to a parking lot or empty road and get on the throttel and jam on the brakes a few times to get a good idea of your front to back and speed ratio. alot of people end up locking up the back tire because they dont have a good handle on the ratio.
