Made it back! Thanks for sharing!

All you tard riders out there missed out on some good times.

Noticed something interesting when I pulled in this evening.

Does that show the corning/braking forces involved? Looks like the tire and or forks flex enough to make the tire rub both forks. It is a good half inch on either side worth of clearance too.

Looks like I might need some upside down forks....

Ahh we hit some secret squirel roads Ill have to take ya there. Not one for the forums... I washed the front on gravel and if my foot wouldnt have been out to catch me I would have eaten shit!! Ryan as always it was a blast.

The parking lot action was soo much fun too! I want to get someone out there that can teach us some stuff... Ryan, your pretty quick and backing it in came pretty quick to you too. That feels pretty nice eh? I almost had a few get away from me, left a pretty good mark too only to see you passing me on the outside When I "try" to back it in, I feel like I slow you down?

Cameron, Get er fixed. Then come run with us. Anyone else out there locally?

Ryan, Wow looks like inverted forks are in your future? When I saw this I went and looked at my clearance and I have a LOT. So I can see why...

The first rule of Sumo Club is, you do not talk about Sumo Club.

heh.

No worries about slowing me down. Everyone starts somewhere, I just don't want to be pushing you faster than you want to ride.

I think inverted forks and some DOT 5.1 brake fluid and maybe a 4-6 pot caliper or maybe some AVG levers to adjust out the mush are in my future.

Well...I know ryan has more experience with sumo's than I do. I am no pro at all, I just like to practice a lot. I figure if we could get a group of local SUMO's to ride together on a regular, our skill level will improve dramatically.

I have a few places we can go that we don't have to worry about getting in trouble and can practice all we want.

Let me know when ya want to get together. I don't know many people with sumo's and mostly ride by myself. I would be happy to ride w/ ya and teach ya what I know.

Dvus: I searched but could not find the sumo you ride. I am curious with "450" bit.

I am up for the after work rides but I may be on my 250 so speed will be capped at about 60mph.
