Good to see you guys here. I'll be sure and link up sometime soon for a ride. Lately I've been having a lot of shows and practices but things are thinning out schedule-wise.

Not sure when Elizabeth will get one, and she's hesitant to learn (I ask her to drive us home sometimes, jokingly)... but she does want one eventually. Maybe in a year or two....three...

Naw lol you guys havent and actually I had a lot of fun that night . I've been working on my bike like crazy I just added a power commander 3 and a CW rear fender eliminator kit so i've been busy with that and working, besides I thought I might of wore out my welcome and might of been out of line on a couple of posts even though I was only messing around I guess it wasnt very tasteful after thinking about it and didnt want to offend anyone or cause any problems so I left peacefully . But thanks for saying hi : ) and looking forward to hanging out soon

yeah all, kinda new to this site , never paid attention to the new guy post here thing.

Been on three rides with groups here and had a great time.

Detroit-to estacada, Fossil

Been riding since I was 8. Dirt bikes, three wheelers, quads, street last 10 years.
One blind corner, swiped a stopped car checking the map. Just plastic damage to a new Superhawk.

Since then rubber side down only...Knock on wood.

It's been fun posting and reading others. I would like to meet someone willing to teach me how to carry more speed in to the corners.

10:00, 11:00ish Where is open for discussion. Could just meet the Doc wong guys at Beaverton Honda at 9:00. I might try that one. Or I'm opern for Bald Peak Chehalim MT. Where in Beaverton are you starting out?

Well I live near Sonics burgers there off of Cornelius pass road and Cornell. My Friend just bought a GXR 1000 couple of weeks ago so he might come with not sure though. Wright now Im putting on some frame sliders I've been putting off lol and probably going to do my oil after the ride tomorrow . I was thinking of a ride off the 26 and the 6 towards browns camp and then theres a little breakfast/lunch place on the way back thats awesome but its just a thought. Its a pretty mellow ride not many sweepers or twisties but a nive view plus my friend is still getting use to his new bike and I dont want him to push to hard if he goes although he is a very good rider . But the time sounds good and im open for were we go unless my friend goes. Im not a solid for sure going so dont want to sound like a flake and cancel the last minute . I'll know more later this evening.

I think I'm going to do the Dr. Wong's First Sunday of the month ride out of Beaverton Honda. 9:00 am meet. It's posted on the sportbikes.ws site. Met a few of them before at a Wankers deal. Mention it to your buddy.

Hi All!
New to the PNW forums, but been riding on and off for 30 years or so. First bike was a 75 goldwing (yea the naked one). Latest 06 Triumph Speed Four modded for cafe (a work in progress). Rode up to Spokane a week ago to check out the big rally there, mind-numbingly straight roads but had a great time. Looking forward to some casual or spirited group rides to finish up the last days of summer and to meet local riders.

Heres some pics of mine when she was stock, since then i've added cw rear fender eliminator,Jardine Carbon dual outlet slip on, power commander, swing arm and frame sliders and just got some Hotbodie led flush mount front signals that will hopefully go on sometime this week end. Oh ya my first 500 mile oil change : ) Heres one after the cw rear fender eliminator and Jardine. The rest are before I got mod fever lol

Heya, new to the site.

I live in Milwaukie, work in Happy Valley, and rider wherever possible. This summer I'm doing the Dam Tour, so I've already covered 4K miles just in July. Not bad for such an old bike.

And remember, watch out for apple orchards!

To all you new riders or heck even old riders who haven't checked out the ride for August 16th please do.
It is something that you will enjoy. It doesn't even matter how long you have rode for you may learn just 1 thing if not oh well atleast you meet 100 new people or more and had something to talk about for a long time.
