Im gonna skip tonight. Im just too tired from my shifts and sleep patterns changing. Plus Ive been up since 4am working in the heat. I just dont want me being tired to cause me to do something dumb. Besides, central air and cold beer sound better to me tonight.

my last rain ride involved scrubbing in brand new race tires at the track..

next time ill just get a runnin start at the slip n slide!

Hopefully next week is better weather

If you guys can wait around til 6:45 I'll run with ya. I won't get out of work until around 6:00 then I have to run home, change and jump on the bike.

Either way, I'm going to make a run out there. If no one is there I might just forge ahead myself and make my own trail.

Eastside it is. 6:45 works for me. I dislike going west during rush hour

Gray and purple suzuki rf. I will try and be there 6:30 or so with full gas.

Sorry we missed you GroundPilot. We left a little before 7pm. Backroads up to the top of larch and back. It was a tad chilly (turned on the headed grips). We had a nice chill ride.

On the way back up the historic highway at where the bridge from troutdale hooks up I saw a group of sport bike (at least 6?) + firetruck + leo (3 or 4?) + an ambulance. I sure hope everyone was ok. Time was about 8pm.

I pulled in to Action at 7:05, saw nobody so I went searching for you guys. I was thinking I had an idea of where you guys might have gone so I went towards Larch. I cut off on Haines (I think) and was running up through a nice little twisty section when I spotted 3 bikes parked on the side of the road. Since there wasn't much light coming through, I didn't see the fourth vehicle until I slowed way down. The fourth vehicle was a MultCo Sheriff and the officer had his booklet out. Since I was almost to a stop I decided to whip it around to see what was going on. I was given advice by the officer to keep it slow as they had been receiving calls from people who live up there of bikes riding fast. Needless to say, I puttered on down the road and didn't stop until I got home. Just didn't want to tempt fate too much tonight.

Hope you all had a good ride and that the rider who had the off is alright. I know right where you're talking about and didn't see anything on my way back through around 8:00 or so.
