Medium to Faster pace ride part 2:) 8-23-08
Ok i like to switch my starting rides in certain places all the time to get a mix of everyone and make it fair.
Thsi ride we

Meet in Troutdale 450 NW 257Th troutdale at the outlet mall since the parking lot is big. Come filled up.

We will do about a 3hr ride. If you want the route send me a pm. I got a babysitter for my daughter and my ankle will be ready let's try this again
8-31-08 Leave at 10:00 sharp
Quick ride talk at 9:45 off at 10:00 am sharp. Medium to fast pace ride. Ride your own pace you control your own throttle and lines no one else Your responsible for your own actions.
Should be about 120 miles of fun twisties and stuff. Also will end around Lunch time.
I have 2 routes in mind Both will be around 3 to 4 hours of good riding.

Put me down as a "maybe". Back-to-back rides demand particular care on the home front.

Well then you've got plenty of time to get that particular care on the home front started.

I will do my best to make this. Been to busy with outdoor house projects, need to free up some time while the weather is nice. As an ex-corbett boy I love the east side.

Hey! Looking good Ed.

Current thought on my ride schedule: If we are absolutely riding Labor Day weekend, I'll join you then. If it's anything less than 50/50, I'll go this weekend.

Well then let's just hold on this for the labor day weekend. Let's do it Sunday the weekend of labor day.
There are alot of things going on this weekend and rides all over. So this weekend would have been 50/50 labor day weekend is 100% for Sunday and Monday.

Well if it was it would have only been me and you lol. Not like that matters i dont care if it was just me. But i think with the uncertain of people and the other many things going on this weekend we will wait until the following weekend and get us about 10 for the ride.
Go out and practice lol.
This just means i dont have to get a babysitter for my daughter Next week she is with her mom so I'm free for that whole weekend myself.
But hey it was fun talking about it lol.

LOL you are so wright it was fun talking about it, I feel almost like I went on a ride . Yes I'LL probably go out and practice. This is my 7 th crotch rocket but I also took about a 7 year layoff from bikes and I couldnt take it anymore, but I kept my endorsement all those years because I knew someday I'D be back in the wind . So this is like my 3rd liter bike and a handful of 600's and 750's But i've learned to ride the twisties all on my own and from riding with others and learning as I go , i've been in cali were i've done most of my riding in Azusa canyon, Ortega and the crest but never on a track And never had any class or any help from a experienced rider I pretty much learned on the fly lol so that being said theres much more for me to learn and I know my limits most of the time . Well now you have a little back ground on me I would put myself in the lower spectrum of a intermediate with a lot to learn . On the streets I'd say im above average lol but the streets and the twisties are to different things and is what separates the men from the boys : )

BTW - that is a particularly exceptional pic of the VTR. At first glance, I thought it was a TL 1000
