| #1 Hater | I like them both and was just hoping for a good race. I can see both points. stoner was alittle more out of control but only when he was behind rossi, like he was pushing to get past him. I agree with rossi about how all of his passes were clean and they didn't touch but I also agree with stoner about how some of his passes were prety aggressive and maybe inthe wrong spots of the track. some of those moves could have taken both of them out. I can see if it was the last lap but moves like that at the begining of the race is on the verge of stupid. |

If Casey was going to beat him, he was going to earn it by going the long way around, like he tried several times in T-1, and failed. It's clear Rossi wants his title back. |

Rossi ran exactly the race he had to run to win. No way in hell was he gonna let Stoner get a gap on him. If he did, Stoner would have probably checked out. I don't really agree with what Stoner had to say and am a little surprised that he came off as a whiny little bitch. Stoner is usually pretty easy-going. He better not let Rossi get in his head or else he's going to fail just like Gibernau and Biaggi.

Lap after lap of him ass packing up on Rossi in that turn and the Eurosport commentators screaming about "YOU CAN'T PASS THERE STONER!!!" They were right....live and learn Casey Rossi continues as the GOAT in my book |

I finally got around to reading the press releases from the race and I lost a lot of respect for Stoner. What a whiny, sniveling (sp?) bitch. Does he expect people to just move aside and let him go to the front uncontested. Man up or go the fuck home. Not shaking someone's hand post race, well, great sportsmanship there Mr. Stoner. What a stand up guy you are. ![]() |

The Ducati bikes make better power. Rossi is better on the brakes (combination of skill and a dialed in bike). However Yamaha needs to find more power for next year. Finding more power during the break wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Hell if he'd have to oh you know.... earn one from second or third. He also doesnt like the passing back and forth. Normally if he's coming from behind he makes a pass for the lead and is gone. This didnt happen, so he cried. And about the "hes normally not a whiner" um........ ![]() |

Rossi's riding showed it... he was much smoother. Stoner's telemetry showed from no brakes to full brakes in an instant ...and the same with his throttle. Give a monkey a bike with electronics and watch him try to get it out of shape. |

Turn off all the electronics and I'd bet Stoner would be lucky to be in the top 5.

See Rossi's bike in classic transfer of weight to the rear tire and unweighting the front. Stoner's bike must be putting down power too but it's also weighting the front where it almost looks like it's tucking. The way Stoner just hammers the brakes, throws it in and hammers it out at a full lean makes me realize what Ducati is accomplishing with electronics. Remember how many times Stoner crashed with Honda? http://www.superbikeplanet.com/image...1/MotoGP-9.htm |
