I'm looking at selling my bike right now and I've got a few people interested but all of them of course want to take the bike out for a test drive. Some of these people are new riders, some of them experienced. The bottom line is, I have a $500 deductable on my insurance policy in case they go down. Mostly I'm wondering what kind of legal release forms I can print up and have them sign that would protect me as the bike owner when letting people test drive the bike. Ideally I would like to put all responsibility in their hands, and if they down the bike, it doesn't touch my insurance at all, and they assume full responsibility for the crash and need to pay me ASAP so I can pay off my loan and all of that. Does anyone have any advice to offer on such a situation? |

Any written contract is gonna be a pain in the a** to get paid. You would probably end up claiming it on your insurance and eating the deductable just to avoid the hassle. You're selling a Ninja 250? They're such a hot commodity right now that the first person to show will probably just hand over the cash as soon as they hear it run. I just sold one. |

I've been getting alot of interest and then people just sort of dissappear. This is my third time re-listing the bike and I'm yet to have anyone even come look at the damn thing and it only has 750 miles on it. Been listing it for $3k and hoping people will underbid a bit.

I am not Jewish I just find it funny that people always refer to jewish people as being cheap. I have a friend who is as white as can be, non religous, and he pulls that kind of crap when he trys to haggle with people on price. I think it is because he's from Ohio. |

![]() So many people are overly sensitive towards racism. I tell my buddy Ben (the nose) that he's jewish all the time because he is. He doesn't seem to have a problem with it. It's like when you say something about a black and a white person hears it and says that it offends them. Confuses the hell out of me lol. Whites were never slaves over meah!

If he dropped it, it was his but if not and he didn't like it, I would have given him the check back. Fairly simple. |

May not be totally legal, but it'll hold up in court... and |
