House for rent - Moxee
I have a house for rent in Moxee. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the newer developments over there, it'll be available July 1st. I'll try to get pictures up soon. PM me or call me at (36 oh) - 281-8258. Rent is $900 a month.

By the way, if you aren't looking for a house to rent but you can pretend to be, where would you look? I know how people look in the Seattle area but not sure what newspaper or websites are most popular in the Yakima area.

sounds like that house i close to where i live. Did you just buy it as a rental property? You could check into the GIANT NICKEL or the PENNY PRESS. Both free papers that get a lot of exposure. If I hear of anyone lookin, I will let you know.

I've had it for about 2.5 years but I've been lucky having tenants moving out have friends needing to move in.

My parents are building their new house out by Wenas Lake and relocating their business to Yakima... and taking their employees with them - who happen to be looking for a rental... although I hated living in Moxee (excpet for the Hop Festival) a 3 brm house for $900 can grow on anyone.

My step dad was raised in Moxee and still has alot of family over there. I'll pass word along for you.

Thanks Cherie. Yeah, houses are waaayyy cheaper there. I rent my house in Seattle but it'd sell for around $480k and my house in Moxee is nicer... I should just move into it The neighborhood is really nice too. I've had 3 elementary school teachers in a row there, much quieter than Yakima and only 3 miles away.
