I tagged along with Trayson and company and shot this short movie up in the Klickitat area last Saturday. Got some good shots of them riding through sweepers, corners, etc., as well as the now infamous crash scene. The video is HD, so unless you have a blazing internet connection I suggest you pause the video and let it load first. If you have a really slow connection, you can shut HD off on the right side of the box. Enjoy! http://www.vimeo.com/10042801 Christopher
Great Vids guys!:mfclap: and Tray...great to see your thoughts on the vid...Mine would of been like ...AGAIN...missed the &%$#'in turn! LOL Come on CINDY! crackup: Good stuff! Lookin forward to the next vid:mrgreen:
decent video, I just hope you were aware of the danger you put yourself and the other riders in by standing and filming in those spots. Come work a corner with OMRRA and see what the term "impact zone" means.
Congrats on capturing the sound from the bikes. Music is too personal to satisfy all but everyone likes bike sound.
The shots were planned and I made sure the riders knew where I was. But I guess you knew that since you didn't ask.
Sorry Brother but vimeo is not iPhone friendly. I don't use YouTube because it doesn't let you use licensed music. You will need to view it on a computer.
:nana:nana:nana:nana I like having someone along that wants to try and take the time to get good shots!:mfclap: Even if I do slow down and stand the bike up every damn time I come around the corner and see them there!crackup:
Amen Brother. I was going to ask the riders what music they liked but I would have got 7 different answers. As to the song selection, I don't really like Iron Maiden, but I do like this song (The Trooper). If you listen to the lyrics, you will see it fits the video perfectly, especially when you see Charles and his bike at the crash site: We get so close near enough to fight When a Russian gets me in his sights He pulls the trigger and I feel the blow A burst of rounds take my horse below. And as I lay there gazing at the sky My body's numb and my throat is dry And as I lay forgotten and alone Without a tear I draw my parting groan.
Yep... Or drowning pool's "Let the bodies hit the floor" would have been appropriate for my crash scene. LoL
If for some reason you are one of those who does not have a computer at home, PM your address to me and I will mail you a dvd - it's no problem. Christopher
