1992 GS 500 pilot jet!!

Discussion in 'Gear, Parts, & Accessories' started by Riley Curtis, Mar 7, 2017.

  1. I am doing a rebuild of a 1992 Suzuki GS500 and finally have the bike running! But when I give it throttle the bike instantly dies. I took my carbs apart and my main jets, bowls etc looks clean. But my pilot jets are absolutely caked through. Nothing I have done for the past two days has been able to clean them! Anyone have any tips?! The size for the bike is 40. Would really like to get this bike running! Helpppppp!!!
