beginner bikers in Seattle...?

Discussion in 'Westside' started by pmoy, Jul 12, 2005.

  1. Hey guys. Just curious if I'm the only true newbie on this site. I've been riding street bikes for just over 3 weeks now. I'm up for some rides just about anytime, especially on the weekend, but I'm not confident enough for a long trip. Let me know if any of you are interested just for driving around the city and tipping over some garbage cans.

not the best idea to get a bunch of green newbies together with no one available to give advice or just to keep an eye on the group. 's a good way to start bad habits, but i'm willing to go for some easy riding somewhere...

  3. Is it good to ride with 3 experienced riders when your a noob jr?

it's awesome. because they can show you how to properly laugh at a dumbass. though, i was disappointed that you had never taught me your throw-your-bike-over-and-hug-another-bike's-tail technique.
  5. alright...appreciate the advice.

  6. See, there's experience for ya, right there. It's helpful, really.
