LSL Frame Sliders for my RR???

    i've heard that frame sliders can damage your engine block. a friend who races used some sliders that ended up breaking his motor where the sliders were mounted.

    these LSL sliders are supposed to avoid that with the way they're mounted, and they claim to keep the bike from spinning.

    anyone put sliders an they're '05 636r or zx6rr?

    not bad, but most of the damage that results in bending the frame/damaging the block is from the slider digging into the ground and bending the actual bolt itself. i doubt these will totally prevent that, but i can see how they can help in most other situations...
     

  3. My guess is the bolts were too hard. Instead of bending they transferred the impact to the engine.


    Give the lsl's a shot, spiegler stuff is quality.
