Just saw Macklemores new video "Downtown". Lots of scooters and bikes. Watch it. I would so rock the moose bike. Lol. There's even a Duc dooin a whoolie!
A young couple came to my shop yesterday and evidently this video was a life-changing event for them. There was much chatter. They plunked down the Benjamins for a modded '05 Metropolitan (everyone knows the early JDM-spec 'metros are better duh) I had in stock. Negotiate the price? I'm sorry that is just vulgar they said. This is pure street art. Complete with handmade wooden "Flying Wing" emblem and matching luggage crate. One-off custom paint. They named her "Cappuccino". I'm not making this up.
That video was like a train wreck; I couldn't stop watching. I would totally ride the moose bike though.
It would be fun to know how many people get into two wheels because of this video. It is actually a pretty neat. He rides like he is familiar with riding too, not just doing it for the video. Funny on the people buying one as 'pure street art'. I hope you encouraged them to send all their friends down then ran out to the second hand store for crap to stick on some other bikes!
